What is RISE

Working in the building and construction industry can be tough. The long hours of hard work and financial pressures of running a business can mean limited work/life balance and a strain on personal relationships.

The Master Builders SA RISE program, supported by the State Government, gives every South Australian employed in building and construction access to a free personal mentor with industry knowledge and mentoring experience.

Whatever your challenge – for example the stress of running a business, improving your work/life balance, drugs and alcohol, coming back to work from a serious injury or illness, adjusting to life as an apprentice or requiring tailored support as a female or First Nations person, RISE has you covered.

Booking in a RISE session is as simple as viewing our team of coaches, seeing what areas they specialise in, picking the one who most relates to your needs, and clicking on an available time in their calendar. Sessions can be delivered in person or online.
