  2. Providing Resources and Information: Our Coaches can share reliable resources, articles, and tools on a variety of topics. They remain updated on industry trends to ensure the information they provide is accurate and evidence-based.
  3. Offering Personal Guidance: Our Coaches actively listen, motivate, set goals, and help individuals develop personalised plans through one-on-one coaching and guidance.
  4. Being a Role Model: Leading by example, our Coaches demonstrate commitment to well-being through their own behaviours and experience, serving as exemplar role models in the building and construction industry.

Purpose of RISE

  • Raise awareness and promote access to Mental Health Services within the Building and Construction Industry;
  • Increase the skills, capability and capacity of eligible participants to cope with mental health challenges, directly, or within their workforces;
  • Increase the resilience of eligible participants to cope with stressors that impact on mental health;
  • Improve the understanding/awareness of supports available to access in the event of mental health challenges:
  • Provide equitable access to the supports within the Program to specifically meet the needs of people that face including First Nations people, women in business, and people living with a disability.
