My working experience spans many years & many roles within what is predominately a male orientated industry. I started in Customer service / data Entry at BlueScope & progressed thru to be the only female account manager in their roll forming brand at that time. I moved to CSR‘s Masonry & insulation business 3 years ago, learning new products, establish relationships & drive business thru the challenging period of Covid.

With 11 years experience in the building and construction industry I now feel I can give back sharing my learning to help other women to build a career in the building and construction industry. I will bring a first-hand understanding of the challenges faced on building sites and also within a corporate space, I can provide guidance, support and a safe space for conversation.
