Marcus Rigney is Managing Director of Load 28 Crane Hire, steadily growing his business over the past 13 years to boast 29 cranes and 105 valued staff.
Marcus lives by the motto to “give back much more than you expect to receive”, which is the fifth step in his ‘Do You Need a Lift’ mental health program. A program targeted towards the building and construction industry that aims to provide mental health strategies for dealing with stress and crisis.
He firmly believes that if you find a way to meet people’s needs, whether that be in your personal life or in business, the whole game changes.
With first-hand knowledge of the challenges and difficulties associated with working in the building and construction industry, Marcus is driven by his desire to ‘give back’, and proud to be a Wellness Ambassador for the RISE program to provide support and guidance to those in need.
