Roger has worked in the Property & Construction sector for over 35 years working on both client and contractor sides of the industry.

For 14 years, Roger served as Chief Executive of the BADGE Group overseeing the company's operations in SA, QLD, WA, VIC and the NT. This period saw BADGE achieve growth and diversity through the acquisition of Chappell Builders in South Australia & Evans Harch in Queensland, and by establishing First Nations building company NACP Projects in partnership with 3 remote First Nations communities.

Roger also has extensive experience establishing and maintaining management systems aligned with regulatory obligations, leading to the effective delivery of construction services. Serving on several boards with a focus on Strategic and Business Planning, he has a passion for growing and mentoring individuals to become business, and people leaders.
