Ryan has worked in senior executive roles within the Building and Construction sector for approximately 20 years, including AVJennings, Lend Lease, Regent Homes and Lofty Building Group. Ryan has also spent a number of years working as a Business Advisor and Performance Coach in his business, Built Theory, where he specialises in Business Transformation, Workplace Culture, Communication and Customer Service.
